Georgia Gouda is a take on a young Gouda that is aged for a minimum of 60 days.

It has a rich yellow color with a smooth texture that lends well to melting. The flavor starts with a tanginess that gives way to a sweet and buttery finish.
PAIRS WELL WITH:
Georgia Gouda can be paired with Chenin Blanc or a nice Beaujolais. It also pairs well with Brown Ale if you prefer beer.
