If you receive any products that are in unsatisfactory condition, you may refuse them or return them. Usually a receipt is required, and we prefer that you complete your return within one week. The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit. You may use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order.
All orders submitted must be paid for. If you forget to pick up your order, you are still responsible for paying for it. Late pick ups can also be arranged by calling 405-231-1919 and speaking to a store associate.
