Prairie Creek Farms

College pals Jason Ketchum, Nate Beaulac and Peter Prulhiere founded Prairie Creek Farms in 2016 on three acres in Kellyville, starting with only ten Berkshire piglets. The farm has since grown to 80 acres where the guys produce pastured Berkshire pork, grass-fed beef, pastured chicken, and pastured eggs.

Their animals are pasture-raised, antibiotic free and humanely raised. Prairie Creek Farms is modeled after Joel Salatin's Polyface Farm in Swoope, VA and is regenerative and sustainable.
