In the summer of 2019, my family and I went on multiple road trips around the United States and found that nutritious gluten-free and dairy-free desserts were still few and far between. I came back from those trips fueled with a mission to create healthy, delicious, gluten-free, and dairy-free desserts for customers like myself and my family.

Over the next year, while teaching in public school, I spent countless evenings and weekends creating and perfecting various brownies in which almost every ingredient is a nutritious superfood!

It’s important to me to use only the best ingredients. One of my top priorities is to use organic, non-GMO foods that are sustainably sourced. I’m also passionate about foods that provide nutrition the body needs, including protein, fiber, and antioxidants, along with naturally lower-glycemic sweeteners. We bake with organic, nutrient-rich maple syrup and coconut sugar.

I have eaten gluten-free foods for over twenty years. I am excited to bring a delicious, healthy dessert to the market that’s not only gluten free, dairy free, and vegan, but more importantly is filled with superfoods!
