Noble, Oklahoma-based Gigi's Gourmet Goodies was founded in 2009 and its mission is to make jelly the way the grandmothers of the past did. The company crafts small batch jellies in a certified commercial kitchen regularly inspected by the Oklahoma State Department of Health. The company grows and uses heritage pears, picks apples in central Oklahoma, and hand-picks prickly pear cactus fruit for its prickly pear jelly.
