Brewer's Foods founder, Kyle Fiasconaro, has been in the food and beverage industry for many years. Over time, he came to realize how much he disliked seeing food go to waste.

One day, as he passed by a brewery who was throwing out thousands of pounds of spent grains, and then a bakery that smelled of fresh grain, really got his mind wondering "What else could be done to EAT the beer?"..
