Willow Creek Farms is an Oklahoma based farm who uses local, freshly stone-milled wheat to make for a delightful blend to make fluffy pancakes and/or waffles! Their wheat is made with Turkey Red Wheat & Big Country Hard White wheat (a recent Oklahoma State University variety release). Turkey Red wheat seeds were brought to central KS by Mennonite immigrants and first planted there in 1874. This was the dominant wheat variety in KS & OK until the mid 1930's and is the parent of most modern varieties grown in the area today.

This farm practices regenerative growing their grains near the Oklahoma/Kansas border with an emphasis on flavor & nutrient density rather than yield. They strive to keep the the grain's identity preserved throughout the entire process. Their products are made with freshly stone-milled flour, made to order and are free of preservatives and artificial additives.
