Chance Morgan is the owner and operator with 10 years experience in the food and beverage industry ranging from a meat cutter at Sam's club to Executive Banquet Chef at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel. After years of working in the industry, The Morgan family decided to bring some of their roots of Southeast Texas and southern Louisiana to Oklahoma City and introduce some of their favorite sausages and charcuterie items. Native Meat Company is an Oklahoma-City based meat producer creating small batches of fresh, smoked, and cured items. All products are produced inside of our commercial kitchen at Urban Agrarian.
