Claudia Beach grew up gardening and preserving food with her father. In 2009, she and her husband purchased 30 acres in Southeastern Oklahoma and started a hobby garden. That venture was cut short when Claudia began to suffer from severe health issues. By 2015, Claudia had regained her health and was able to start gardening again. Shortly thereafter, she began making her jams and jellies, which are reminiscent of the goodies our grandmothers used to make. Small-batch, handmade jellies, jams and pickles. All-natural, less sugar, more fruit. All jellies and jams are made with LM3 Pectin, which is made from citrus peel and requires less sugar to set.
